Kendra graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law, in 1978, where she was an editor of the law review. She holds a Masters in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.  Kendra is admitted to the Bar in Indiana and Minnesota. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist, a Registered Family Law Mediator, and Past-Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association Appellate Practice Section.  She serves on the Council of Family Matters, a publication of the Family & Juvenile Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association.

Kendra's concentrations include family law and jurisdiction, interstate custody and child support, appellate work, legal malpractice, and civil litigation.
