Dustin L. Plummer graduated from Indiana University School of Law--Bloomington, in 2006.  He received his B.A. in Political Science from Wittenberg University, in 2003.  He is admitted to the bar in Ohio and in Indiana.

While at I.U. School of Law, Dustin served as External Competition Team Captain in the Sherman Minton Moot Court, and on the Editorial Staff of the Federal Communications Law Journal.
